We prefilmed it of course--but our pastor got up during the announcement and his wife interuppted him that he had forgotten to take out the dirty diapers at home. He ran out the back door and we started the film. We shot him speeding down the road-running into his driveway--taking out the trash and back to the church. We had people looking out the door to see when he was coming back. They really believe it was a live shot. (It wasn't even shot at the same time of day). Anyway--it worked.
